When can I expect my order?

U.S. Standard, Non-Prescription Orders: 7-10 Days

We know as soon as you click the “Pay Now” button, you’ll be anxiously waiting for your new glasses to arrive. We’ll do everything within our control to meet our promised shipping dates. You will receive standard, non-prescription orders within 7-10 business days after placing your order.

 

What's the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, simply visit our website and click on the tab “Track My Order” on retrofutureeyewear.com/TrackMyOrder using the tracking number or the order number and email address you used during checkout.

You're always welcome to reach out via emailing support@retrofutureeyewear.com or find us by clicking the Contact Us button.

 

What happens if the tracking hasn’t updated?

If you notice that your tracking hasn't been updated or has stopped moving, please contact the carrier directly. Confirm your address with them, and they should be able to provide an update.

If the carrier doesn’t help resolve the issue, do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. We will make sure you get the products you ordered!

 

What if there are shipping delays?

While we like to think we’re good at everything, there are a few areas beyond our control. And unfortunately, that includes shipping. During high-shipping times like the holidays, or as a result of COVID-related issues, your order could potentially experience minor delays. But don’t worry. If that happens, we’ll be sure to reach out via email to update you. Thanks for your patience, and we hope our glasses are worth the wait!

 

What are your shipping costs?

A key focus for us is providing the highest-quality products at the lowest-available cost. That’s why we always offer free standard shipping (10-15 day delivery) on non-prescription orders in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. For other countries, there is a standard fees of $5.90 to cover for international shipping cost and import duty tax.

If you need the sunglasses in hurry, we are offering Priority Shipping on orders as low as $4.95 only. Take note the priority shipping is only available for customers based in United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If there is any change you want to apply to your order or you want to cancel your order, please inform us at support@retrofutureeyewear.com within 2 hours after you placed the order, you will get a full refund to the original payment method.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET REIMBURSED FOR MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 7-9 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. Once we receive your return product, refunds may be issued to the credit card or PayPal account only that used to make the original purchase. We will refund you for all your returned items, less the original cost of shipping.
